Action for Girls is working actively in Malaysia which portray a Non-Governmental, Non Political and Non-religious activities. The actions has been planned about two years ago and recently we have successfully get it on the ground through Elegance Events Management which share the same interest with us.
This activity was organize after period of observation on the grown social issues statistics among our young girls especially in the tender adolescent years. The said issues are early exposure of sexual intercourse, teenage pregnancies, dumping of babies, bullies, paid sex and so much more. After some researches and surveys, we finally able to link most of these issues to its main root which is low self-esteem among them.
We would like to use our knowledge and life experience to guide our own girls to make them understand the differences between reality and fake in the media stereotype beauties which always distort their perception of true beauty. If girls and women start to love themselves and treat their body in a good manners, definitely they will have a solid level of confident and high self-esteem. And this will lead them to a better life.
