Let's Overcome Low Self-Esteem Problem Among Girls

Accessing The Problem

Worldwide culture of media has speeded so fast and expanded so broadly that the unrealistic images of perfection and definition of ideal beauty put deep pressure on girls to feel like they must match with those images in some way. This worlwide trend does not show any sign of slowing down and definitely has no exception in Malaysia. Our young girls and women are getting so closely to this distorted narrow specs of beauty.

It is this factor that contributes to some teen girls growing up faster than they did a number of years ago, and can lower their sense of self-worth. Typically, the longer a teen's self-esteem issues are ignored, the more serious the consequences may be in all areas of her life.
